CES Booster Plan — Refund Policy

This policy applies to CES Booster Plan purchases made via ProsGrow AI ("we", "us").
1) Access period
CES Booster Plan is a one-time purchase that provides 90 days of access, starting immediately after successful payment.
2) No refunds
All sales are final. No refunds for any reason except where required by law.
3) Upgrade credit
If you upgrade to a higher plan within your active 90-day access period, we may apply your prior payment as credit toward the upgrade.
- Credit applies to the same account and is non-transferable.
- To request upgrade credit, email contact@prosgrow.ai with your receipt email and account email.
4) Third-party events & data disclaimer
ProsGrow AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CES or CTA.
Event details, exhibitor lists, registration links, pricing, availability, schedules, and venues may change at any time. You are responsible for confirming critical information with the official organizers or hosts.
5) What is not refundable
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind or lack of use
- Dissatisfaction with recommendations, targeting results, or outcomes
- Inability to attend CES (travel changes, visa issues, scheduling conflicts, etc.)
- Third-party event changes/cancellations, RSVP denials, capacity limits, or venue policy changes
- Network/device issues, user error, or account access issues caused by incorrect login details
6) Billing issues & disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at contact@prosgrow.ai.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of account access.
